Meet the Principal: Chris Turner
Chris Turner knows that to make Bonney Lake High School a success, he must build strong partnerships with students and their parents. He sees his job as a guide for the staff and to help them support every student to earn a diploma to become career and college ready.
He’s been an educator for 21 years, serving for the past three years as principal at BLHS. Outside of school, Mr. Turner loves the Seahawks and enjoys spending time fishing. As a father of teens aged 14, 16, and 18, Mr. Turner only wants the best for his kids, just like the parents of the students at his school. This realization helps guide his decision-making process every day.

We came to Tehaleh three or four times and fell more in love with it every time. We've lived here for about two months now and we enjoy taking our children to Big Sky Park—they love the zip line!
We’ve called Tehaleh home for four years and we feel honored to see the community grow. It seems like every year, the number of kids in the neighborhood doubles!
