Farm-to-table dining opening at Trilogy at Tehaleh
Trilogy at Tehaleh plans to open, The Mantle located within Trilogy’s, Seven Summits Lodge to all Tehaleh guests in December. The name "The Mantel" is inspired by both the mountaineering technique and a reference to the seven distinct fireplace experiences at the Club. The restaurant will feature local produce, beef from nearby pastures, day-boat catches from coastal fisheries and wines from the leading local producers. The décor will be West Coast modern, with rustic dark wood and exposed beams. The atmosphere will be warm and comfortable. With seating for more than 50 guests both inside and out, The Mantel is the perfect place to dine and relax within the community.
Recently the residents of Trilogy at Tehaleh participated in a Dusty Boots Tour of the Seven Summits Lodge where they were able to experience the following tasting menu representing a sample of the delicious food The Mantel will be serving:
“FALL” IN LOVE PIZZETTE
Roasted Kabocha squash with caramelized onion, chili flake and mint.
BRAISED PORK BELLY SLIDER
Slow cooked pork belly on ciabatta with pickled savoy and maple Dijon.
BUERRE NOISETTE SEARED LING COD

Trilogy at Tehaleh will be opening the private Northwest-themed resort, Seven Summits Lodge this December for their Active Adult residents. Named after the seven iconic peaks of the Cascade Range, the Seven Summits Lodge has many unique features including a high-tech fitness center with rolling doors that will open the space up to the outdoors, a fully equipped personal fitness facility, and a combination artisan studio that can also be set up to host groups for on-demand fitness classes. Members will be able to choose from a variety of tailored workout programs taught by virtual fitness experts.
Additionally, the Seven Summits Lodge is excited to bring an indoor golf simulator to Tehaleh. The club will debut the Hawk’s Nest, an area where residents can bring their golf clubs and play virtually on hundreds of famed golf courses from around the world.
Seven Summit’s Lodge was thoughtfully designed with the Baby Boomer consumer in mind. It’s the kind of place that residents will want to show off to their friends and families. For more information on the opening of both the Lodge and The Mantle visit www.sevensummitslodge.com.
