You've Got Home Options

King County homebuyers looking for quality and value are flocking to Tehaleh. The community offers an
unmatched number of floor plans, renowned builders, in-demand product, and high-end finishes at
prices that can’t be beat in the Seattle housing market. With homes in a range of price points, starting in
the mid $300,000s to low $600,000s, there’s a dream home for everyone.

This spring, local builder Noffke Homes joins MainVue Homes as the second builder to be added to the
growing community this year. Owners Matt and Aaron Noffke have a background in custom homes,
making them a unique addition to Tehaleh. They watched the community over the years and were
impressed by how it offers the total package for homebuyers. “The sense of community is important to
the Noffkes,” said Susan Karstedt, co-owner of Rethinking Real Estate, brokers for Noffke Homes.
“Everything is there for homeowners to enjoy – whether it’s the hiking trails, Café D’arte at The Post, or
the events. And the residents are out there, taking part in these activities!”

Noffke Homes is taking pre-sales while their model and four additional homes are in progress, due to be
completed near the end of summer 2017. The Noffke brothers followed in their father’s footsteps,
building custom homes in the region. “Noffke builds an incredible home,” said Susan. “They feature
molding and trim that is hand painted in place, as a standard feature. The Noffkes plan out all the details
of the home, so the buyer has lower maintenance and can enjoy the community they are moving into. If
they’re like me, they’d rather be out on a hiking trail!”

The passion comes through in the finished homes, which feature large great rooms with oversized
sliding French doors that open up to a covered patio, perfect for entertaining. Most floor plans come
with a flex space on the main floor that can be turned into an office, bedroom, or doggie spa, depending
on the owner’s preferences. A chef’s kitchen comes standard with quartz countertops and an Italian
stove that can be color-matched to luxury race cars. The homes, which have either three or four-car
garages, start in the low $500,000s.

For first-time homebuyers, growing families, or those looking for a lower price point, Azure Northwest
Homes and Pulte Homes are returning in spring 2017 with their bestselling homes, starting in the mid
$300,000s. Both builders are back by popular demand after having their homes snapped up by eager
home shoppers in 2016. The open floor plans and outdoor living spaces give buyers distinctive homes at
a fraction of the cost found in the King County market.

into The Post and grab a latte from Caffé D’arte, along with a trail map, and head out to explore the area
on foot. Outdoor lovers can trek along 20+ miles of trails, while parents with kids in tow can visit one
of the 11 unique parks, like Sprouts Holler, adjacent to the community’s award-winning public school,
Donald Eismann Elementary.
