What's Fresh in Tehaleh?

New “dream prices” are hitting Tehaleh, Washington’s best-selling new home community, and Puget Sound buyers are eager to get in on the deal.

For the first time in years, new homes starting in the low $300Ks are available to all Tehaleh buyers with the addition of Tehaleh’s first-ever townhomes, plus, buyers can get into the coveted community with a new series of cottage homes starting in the high $300Ks. And, in 2020, Tehaleh’s renowned builders are rolling out 25+ new floor plans spanning across every price point.

The Tacoma News Tribune reported this month that homes priced below $500K are “virtually sold out” in Pierce County.

Previously, buyers could only get into Tehaleh in the mid $300Ks if they were age-qualified for Shea Homes’ 55+ active adult community, Trilogy® at Tehaleh®.

“When we began offering age-qualified attached homes at this price point in Tehaleh last year, we anticipated demand would be high, and were happy to see buyers respond to it,” said Ian McGrady-Beach, Community Development Manager with Shea Homes. “It was good to know that Tehaleh can be accessible to folks that want resort-style living at an affordable price.”

Buyers of all ages who dream of country-style living are loving the new Storybook Cottages by Lennar. Priced from the high $300Ks to low $400Ks, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet, these cottage-style homes are informal and evoke a cozy, storybook charm while still offering Smart Home technology—families looking to create picturesque memories are sure to fall in love.

Also priced in the high $300Ks to low $400Ks, Richmond American Homes announced their Seasons™ Collection, featuring ranch and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms. This collection of seven floor plans has plenty of room and garage space for a growing family.

Tehaleh’s first-ever townhomes are being built by Lennar, one of the nation’s most respected homebuilders.
