You won’t find another master-planned community quite like Tehaleh—where views of Mount Rainier light up our calm, quiet neighborhoods. (Well, quiet with the exception of backyard wine nights and afternoon playdates…) Our 20+ miles of trails weave through our native terrain of thick pines, alpine meadows, and wetlands, showing off our region of Washington at its finest. Our array of parks will charm picnic enthusiasts, dog parents, goalies, and skateboarders alike. Read on to explore our new-home community. And then plan your visit! Get your directions right here.

It feels like a retreat when you go home. When you drive up and see the mountain view; it’s amazing to know that this is home.
We always joke that if we won the lotto, we would live right here. Tehaleh has everything we could want. Where else do you get trails and parks literally out your back door? I love taking evening walks with our dog, Cooper. We usually end up at the Post, where he gets a treat and a bowl of cold water, and I can have a cup of coffee. Everything is an easy stroll away.
“It feels like Mt. Rainier is watching over us here.”
One of the big reasons why we chose Tehaleh was because of all the trails here. Being so close to nature is really awesome. Nowhere else compares.
