You put so much love in everything you do, but sometimes caring for a loved one is overwhelming.  Join Jessica Girard, case manager for Pierce County Human Services, as she presents options to help caregivers care for themselves.  She will address stress management, your health, handling hard conversations, when to ask for help and available resources.  Lunch will be served.  Space is limited.  RSVP is required.
