Meet our marketing team, grab community maps, get free swag, paint a trail rock, and ask questions about Tehaleh. The wonderful Cohere Life Team will also be setting up at the new Welcome Center. Stop by their booth to say hello, explore upcoming events, and see all the ways you can be part of the Tehaleh community — plus, enjoy a little something special just for visiting!

Then you're off to start the Tour of Homes: stop by one or all of our 25 model homes from our 9 fantastic homebuilders including Brookstone Homes, D.R. Horton, Garrette Homes, Holt Homes, Lennar Homes, MainVue Homes, Richmond American Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, Verterra—a Trilogy Boutique Community 55+.

Brookstone Homes: Refreshments from Sunset Boba tea truck

D.R. Horton Homes: Fresh-popped kettle corn on Saturday from 1:30pm-4pm and Sunday from 12pm-2pm.

Holt Homes: Ginger Bakes Cookies and refreshments

Lennar Homes: Model Home grand opening and ice cream truck

MainVue Homes: Italian sodas and sweet treats

Richmond American Homes: Yard games, snacks and refreshments at all three models

Shea Homes: Coffee truck, snacks, and photo booth
