WHAT: With 17 new model homes to tour and 9 different homebuilders, this two-day event is an experience you won’t want to miss!

WHERE: Tehaleh Welcome Center

We recommend using Google Maps as Apple Maps can be unreliable in newer neighborhoods.

WHEN: Saturday August 29th & Sunday August 30th from 11a.m.- 4 p.m. both days.

Start your journey at the the Tehaleh Welcome Center

Meet our Welcome Center team: Pick up community maps and a Builder Passport, snag some free Tehaleh swag, and decorate a planter pot! Our team members are Tehaleh experts and happy to answer all your questions about schools, parks, future developments, Tehaleh homebuilders, the community lifestyle, and more! 

Meet Orting School District: Representatives from Orting School District will also be setting up right across the street from the Welcome Center! Stop by their booth to say hello, ask any questions, and learn more about the school district!

Tour the Homes: Stop by all 9 fantastic homebuilders-- Century Communities Homes, D.R. Horton, Garrette Homes, Holt Homes, Trumark Homes, Lennar Homes, MainVue Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Verterra—a Trilogy Boutique Community 55+ -- get a stamp from each builder, and meet us back at the Welcome Center to enter a Spin-to-Win for some epic prizes!
