Honesty, Respect, Selflessness, Commitment, Forgiveness, Patience, Humility, and Kindness. These are the Eight Essentials of Leadership that guide the way students learn, interact, and grow at Mountain View Middle School. Students are empowered to become leaders in their community and learners for life.
Founded in 1997, Mountain View Middle School serves over 700 students by encouraging them to take proactive responsibility for their learning. Acting with PRIDE ensures a positive, safe and caring environment for all:
Athletics and activities.
To feel connected to the school community, students are encouraged to participate in an extracurricular activity or sport. Students have many choices including First Lego League (Robotics), Fitness / Aerobics, Creative Writing and Literary Magazine, Stage Crew, Game Club, Color Guard, Recycling Club, The Pack (Boys’ Choir), Art Club, Girls’ Choir Club, Momentum, Drill Team, and student broadcast channel KMVM. Sports teams offer a great sense of comradery amongst students and Mountain View has plenty to choose from including baseball, wrestling, basketball, and football for boys; and fast pitch, basketball, track, and soccer for girls, they will get to work in a team environment with their peers.

FUTURE SCHOOL SITES
Five additional onsite schools (serving kindergarten through 12th grade) have been planned for the community.
We came to Tehaleh three or four times and fell more in love with it every time. We've lived here for about two months now and we enjoy taking our children to Big Sky Park—they love the zip line!
“My favorite part of school at Donald Eismann [Elementary] is my teacher, Mr. Browning." Ethan, 11. "My favorite part [of school] is lunch!" Boedy, 8.
We’ve called Tehaleh home for four years and we feel honored to see the community grow. It seems like every year, the number of kids in the neighborhood doubles!
