Meet Orting School District: Representatives from Orting School District will also be setting up right across the street from the Welcome Center. Stop by their booth to say hello, ask any questions, and learn more about the school district!

Tour the Homes: Stop by all 9 fantastic homebuilders-- Century Communities Homes, D.R. Horton, Garrette Homes, Holt Homes, Lennar Homes, MainVue Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Trilogy® Verterra -- get a stamp from each builder, and meet us back at the Welcome Center to enter a Spin-to-Win for some epic prizes!

Each home builder is hosting something unique:

Tehaleh Welcome Center: Grab a community map, Parktivity Passport, and don't forget to snag a Homebuilder Stamp Card for a chance to win some spin-to-win prizes! A Paint-a-Pot activity, Ginger Bakes custom cookies, and free branded merch will also be available during your visit.

Century Communities: Enjoy complimentary boba, snag some branded dog toys to use at our newest park, Ruff 'N' Tumble, and enjoy custom cookies by Ginger Bakes!

D.R. Horton Homes: Offering an escape from the heat with delicious popsicles for each visitor.

Garrette Homes: Hosting their newest model home's Grand Opening Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 4pm! Enjoy vintage, mobile floral bar to make complementary floral bouquets, shoppable Selden's Furniture staging, bar service with custom cocktails and light bites!
