Construction Begins on The Retreat at Glacier Pointe
We’re thrilled to announce that construction is officially underway on The Retreat, Tehaleh’s newest and most exciting community destination! Nestled in the heart of the Glacier Pointe neighborhood at Cascadia Blvd. E. and 208th Ave. Ct. E., this thoughtfully designed space is set to open its doors in 2027 — and we can’t wait to welcome you in.
What’s Coming to The Retreat?
The Retreat will be more than just a clubhouse — it’s a place to relax, play, and connect with your neighbors. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s in store:
- 8,337 sq. ft. Clubhouse — A beautifully designed hub for community gatherings and events. The clubhouse will also house the Tehaleh Community Life team, Cohere, and will act as a one-stop-shop for mail keys, event reservations and all HOA inquiries.
- 5,773 sq. ft. Fitness Center — Stay active with state-of-the-art equipment and wellness spaces. Stay tuned for more information on hours and access details for the facility.
- Two Pickleball Courts + Lounge — Enjoy friendly matches and unwind in a dedicated 1,218 sq. ft. lounge, equipped with TVs, seating areas and more.
- Stunning Mount Rainier Views — Take in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest from every angle. The Retreat will feature some of the best Mt. Rainier views that Tehaleh has to offer.
- Yard Games & Community Spaces — Perfect for casual hangouts and weekend fun. The outdoor space will offer fun yard games and plenty of space to sit and relax, while enjoying the gorgeous mountain view.
- Vibrant Café — Grab a coffee, meet a friend, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. This café will be stocked with a full-service kitchen and bar, all the better to serve you. If you’re interested in leasing the café space inside the clubhouse, please click HERE.
