Bill was one of over fifty residents from the Tehaleh community who participated in a pioneering pilot program from Neurozone. Using neuroscience, the program introduced unique activities to improve residents’ brain/body systems and overall wellbeing.

The winner of the $280,000 home at the Tehaleh Grand Opening has chosen his new home. Jay Bradley, 26, chose a 5-bedroom home to be built by Benjamin Ryan Communities; he will move in this spring. His home is one of the 39 homes that have been sold to date in Tehaleh since the opening.
Jay Bradley, a 26-year-old South Hill resident, entered a contest to win a new home on a whim. Bradley’s mother, Caren, read about the contest in a newspaper. “She jokingly asked me if I wanted to win a house, and I thought, ‘What are the chances?’ ” Bradley said.
Early fall, Tehaleh opened to the public in style with nearly 2,000 guests enjoying 10 model homes, live music, gourmet food trucks, kids’ activities and the main attraction, the finale to a 7 week home giveaway contest.
