At Tehaleh, the well-being of our residents, visitors and team members is our priority. We are closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and the facts and recommendations provided by public health officials. We are working together to address concerns and are taking precautions to keep our community healthy and safe.
Closing Welcome Center and Postponing Events
In an effort to be proactive, our welcome center will be temporarily closed. In the meantime, please visit our website or connect with us via phone or email at 253-205-8190 and tehaleh@newlandco.com.
We are also postponing previously-scheduled community events in the immediate future. We will continue to assess the situation, and will be in touch with rescheduled dates.
Homebuilders and Model Homes
All builders are available for telephone appointments and most are available for in-person appointments or virtual tour opportunities.
